Many items on our site are not in stock and are ordered from the manufacturer after your order has been placed. They are ordered from our manufacturers immediately after you place your order. Therefore, we do not cancel orders for any reason.
Will My Order Ship Complete?
Yes, we typically ship orders complete. If your order contains items that may be on backorder from our supplier, your order will ship complete minus the back-ordered item(s). Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they arrive to our warehouse.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, absolutely! All of our packages are shipping via United States Postal Service.
Do you ship outside of the USA? No, not at this time.
What are the shipping fees/costs?
1) Purchases/Orders $100 and over are free
2) Standard shipping is $6.50
3) Priority mail is $8.00
4) Locals only may use "PorchPickup". Please know if you are not with a 10-mile radius, we do not honor this coupon code. Your order will be removed and your money refunded. We only have PorchPickup on certain days. Once you place your order, you will be given the schedule.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipment?
If your package is lost, we will be happy to try and help you locate it. However, the first step in trying to locate the package is to contact your local post office. Your package becomes the property of the United States Postal Service when they pick it up from our facility. If the item is lost or damaged once it leaves our shop, Stitchings By Ellen is not responsible.
If you do not choose to add shipping insurance to your order, Stitchings By Ellen cannot be held liable for any missing and/or damaged packages. Once USPS shows that your package was delivered to the address on the order , no claim can be made and your item will not be covered under our shipping insurance.
